Records that do not match in the first stage of processing (NCOA) are automatically routed to the second stage (PCOA), which cycles through a complex array of private-sector, multi-sourced change of address data. Its matching logic looks at new address data submitted to credit card companies, utilities, cell phone carriers and even 3rd party credit card processors. It’s a proven technique that works.

How does it work?
- Create your list (usually this means exporting it from your database)
- Accepted formats: XLSX/XLS, TXT, CSV, Tab-delimited, Pipe-delimited
- Include any columns you may need in addition to Name, Address, City, State & Zip
- Log in the Member File Area using your assigned UserID
- Click ‘Proprietary Change of Address’ then Submit, then upload your list
- Processing initiates moments after successful file upload
